Dr Nkah Godlove Forlack is the Founder, Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe NKAH Engineering, a Pan-African engineering, EPC and strategic supply group delivering infrastructure, energy, construction, water, healthcare, commodities and industrial solutions across Africa.

With over fifteen years of senior leadership experience, Dr Nkah has built Groupe NKAH Engineering into a trusted delivery and execution platform for governments, institutions and multinational partners, supporting projects aligned with national development priorities, energy and food security, infrastructure modernisation and sustainable economic growth.

He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Management (Marketing & Sales) from the Institut Universitaire de Management et Science, Yaoundé and a Doctorate in Business Administration from UK University. His academic background is complemented by extensive hands on experience in project structuring, EPC delivery, sovereign engagement and cross border partnership development.

Since founding Groupe NKAH Engineering in 2009, Dr Nkah has successfully led and overseen the delivery of high-impact projects including large-scale solar energy installations, potable water systems, urban rehabilitation programs, healthcare infrastructure support and strategic commodity supply frameworks. Notably, he led project management for the rehabilitation of major public spaces in the regional capitals of Bafoussam, Bertoua and Garoua, financed by the French Development Agency (AFD).

Dr Nkah has successfully led and participated in government and institutional investment delegations across multiple African countries, supporting ministerial level engagements, bilateral discussions and public-private collaboration frameworks. His role has frequently involved bridging international partners with African governments, ensuring that investment initiatives are credible, compliant and aligned with national priorities.

Under his leadership, Groupe NKAH Engineering has established strategic relationships with major international industrial and manufacturing groups including Dangote Group, TATA Motors, WPIL Limited, M. Energy Asia and other global partners. The Group is an appointed distributor of Dangote Industries’ products World Wide, covering cement, fertilisers, sugar, salt, rice, agro-inputs, steel, oil and gas and industrial materials, supporting both commercial and government-led programs. He also serves as an adviser to the Dangote Group.

In addition to his corporate leadership responsibilities, Dr Nkah serves as a representative of His Excellency Sheikh Saud Salmanali Khalifa Al Khalifa, supporting international engagement, strategic relationship development and alignment on cross-border initiatives within agreed mandates.

Dr Nkah is widely recognised for his contribution to infrastructure development, water security and industrial growth in Africa and has received multiple awards and recognitions for entrepreneurial leadership, innovation and service excellence. His work is underpinned by a strong commitment to impact-led development, ESG principles and CSR-driven delivery, with a particular focus on local value creation, skills transfer, employment generation and long-term community benefit.

Fluent in English and French, Dr Nkah continues to champion responsible investment and execution models that position Africa for sustainable growth and global competitiveness, while safeguarding governance, compliance and reputational integrity.
