In these strategic departments, the company had to join forces with strong technical and financial partners abroad and was able to negotiate the financing and implementation of large-scale projects for the development of Cameroon.

In proportion to its international relationships and collaboration, Groupe Nkah Engineering has earned international recognition and awards from prestigious organizations in India, UK and Africa.

The company also, through its lobbying, obtained financing from EXIM Bank India for a project of Design, Construction and Rehabilitation of drinking water supply systems in 20 towns in Cameroon and Project for Reconfiguration of the Distribution system of drinking water from the city of Yaoundé. The studies of the projects which have been completed, are almost on the implementation phase which amounts to more than 74 billion FCFA (122,000,000 USD) and 25 billion FCFA respectively.

The company also lobbied for a financing offer from its foreign financial partners for the acquisition of 500 buses by an Indian manufacturer TATA Motors to improve urban mass transport in Cameroon to the tune of 54 billion FCFA (108,000,000 USD).

Very recently Nkah Engineering Group during a business visit to Nigeria (2023) was granted the trust of DANGOTE Industries Limited in Nigeria which awarded it an exporter's license for Dangote Industries products namely: Fertilizer, Sugar, Rice, Cement, Salt, as well as refinery products from DANGOTE REFINERY in Central Africa and throughout the world.

The CEO of Groupe Nkah Engineering also received a mandate from Dangote Industries to assist in the development of Dangote projects and infrastructure in Central Africa.
